The bank states that the Premier 50 account offers a number of benefits that will suit consumers within this age group, and therefore could prove invaluable. This comes shortly after another report that indicated that new broadband subscribers across the UK and other parts of Europe had fallen during the third quarter of the year, and had also fallen in the second quarter of the year in comparison with the figures in the first quarter of this year. Severn Trent profits plunge due to fines

The profits of water giant Severn Trent have plunged because of the hefty fines that have been imposed by the water regulator Ofwat. The water company serves three million households in the Midlands region, but has found itself enveloped in disgrace and controversy recently, resulting in fines from Ofwat.
