Global now to come under Madasafish brand
November 3, 2007
Global Internet is now to become part of the Madasafish brand according to a recent announcement by the parent company of both brands, Brightview.
From the end of October Global Internet will be incorporated into the Madasafish brand. However, consumers are being reassured that there will be no changes to their service, pricing, or any other aspect of their Internet, other than the change in name.
One its website Brightview told customers: “Global Internet and Madasafish have shared the same technical platform since 2002, so merging the two ISPs will not affect the service that you’re currently receiving. Your Global Internet email address will not change. Your website address and domain name, if you have taken advantage of these features, will not change. Additionally the cost of your current service will not change.”
With both brands operating under Brightview customers will not have to worry about any disruption of service, and any pricing that is in effect will remain the same. Brightview is urging customers that have any concerns to contact them via their website or by phone, but states that there is nothing for customers of either brand to be concerned about as there are no service affecting issues.
Both brands have been operating under the Brightview network since 2002, and the changes are due to take place on 31st October. All services will operate as normal, so customers should not have to deal with any issues relating to the merger of the two brands.
Global Internet customers will, however, have full access to the range of Madasafish services and products after this time. The Internet provider offers a range of packages to suit different needs and pockets.
